Our Day of Coordinator Services
Our most common package is the Day of Coordinator package. Kerie’s Day of Coordinator duties can be varied, depending upon your expectations and needs. From the day you start working with her, until the day of your event, Kerie will be taking notes about your tastes and any special requests. She will do all she can to make sure that everything goes smoothly on the day of your event.
As an added bonus, Kerie, who is also an attorney, will answer questions about vendor contracts and review your vendor contracts so that you fully understand your rights and obligations.
As your Day of Coordinator, Kerie will make every effort to make sure that your day proceeds without any mishaps. On the day of your event, Kerie will have a fully stocked emergency kit consisting of any
supplies that you may need at the last minute.
Here are just a few ideas about what Kerie can do for you:
- Make sure flowers are arranged according to your instructions.
- Distribute final payments to vendors.
- Make sure that photos are taken as needed.
- Make a timeline and oversee it is
followed.
- Contact vendors a few days before the event, to confirm.
When Kerie, a NYS Lawyer, planned her own wedding, she found that her advocacy skills, organization and attention to detail helped her to plan the wedding of her dreams. She still maintains her own active law practice, helping clients through difficult times. She finds that the skills required to keep her law practice clients happy are the same skills that she needs to help Brides and Grooms to enjoy the best event of their lives.
